Municipality Byala is placed in the central part of Bulgarian Blacksea coast and cover area of 162 488 decare . It consist of six villages - Popovich, Djulino,Gospodinovo, Goritza and Samotino with administrative center - Byala. The population is 3 291 people. The middle attitude in the municipality is 150 meters. Through Byala town is passing the international road E 87, which offer good opportunities for international transport connections and it connects the both regional centers Varna and Burgas. The first village in the region is originates from VI century B.C. around the bay " Saint Atanas " and is build from Trakian tribes. People suppose that the name of the town come from the natural characteristic of the area - white coasts near the sea bay. Looked from the sea the town is placed on a beautiful coast in the close proximity of the east slopes of mountain "Stara Planina". It collects half mountain relief and humid continental climate. The lack of industrial projects guarantee ecological cleanness in the area. The beaches take around 79 000 square meters and have east and south-east exposure, which offers a lot of sunny hours. Byala is a beautiful vine-growing region. The grapes, the vine and the fresh sea fish attract people from a lot of centuries. There are many projects which ensure full value sea tourism. There is a yacht bay which gives the best opportunities for sea transport and attractive sea tourism. All these factors determine the grow up of sea, village, hunting and ecological tourism in municipality Byala.
